Part 2 of 4.  After a blood curdling ride to a well known public pool, teen Cindy and adult Stephanie settle in.  Cindy meets Devon, recently turned into a child by Annie in Evil Girlfriend (see  https://www.changingcomics.com/areg5-free-comic-gallery).  They become friends.  This Chapter introduces Annie as a child.
